Where we deliver

We deliver to the islands listed at checkout.

Delivery is free unless checkout shows a charge. Any charge appears before you order, and nothing is added to it later.

Dispatch

Orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours of being placed. Arrival after that depends on your island’s onward transport, which we don’t control, so we don’t give an estimate.

For orders placed through the WhatsApp concierge, the concierge arranges dispatch once the order is confirmed.

Packaging

Every bottle travels cased, coir-tied and padded for the crossing, whether you order one bottle or a gift box.

If something arrives damaged

Contact the concierge as soon as you notice. The returns policy explains how damaged and misdelivered orders are handled.
